Andrew is busy preparing his Type R for the 2001 USTCC race season. The car currently has a Mugen/Showa suspension package, Mugen 26mm front and rear swaybars, Steel braided brake lines, Motul 600 brake fluid, Porterfield R4 race pads, and 15x7 Kosei K1 rims. Next on his list, and all currently in progress, are a custom fabricated rollcage, Momo Top Nascar carbon kevlar race bucket and custom mounts, Simpson Camlock harnesses, Carbon fiber panel (in-place of AC controls and center ducts) with Auto Meter gauges (oil temp, oil pressure, and water temp), battery relocation to rear-passenger side of car, and of course race rubber.
